The rules for using Cloud iNIT — the site, the test sandbox, the open API, and the downloadable client.
By accessing cloudinit.online, requesting a sandbox on test.cloudinit.online, calling the API, downloading the client, or using the training materials at /profile/, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Cloud iNIT is a platform that boots cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud through a fixed, auditable sequence of stages — from base image through identity, networking, and service startup to a running sandbox. The service includes:
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Cloud iNIT. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Some features require an email address to issue a sandbox or API key. You're responsible for keeping any credentials we issue confidential and for all activity that happens under them. Tell us immediately at cloudgcp08@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account or sandbox that violates this section, without prior notice where abuse is ongoing.
Sandboxes provisioned through test.cloudinit.online are ephemeral, isolated, and intended for evaluation and learning only. Credentials are generated at the identity boot stage, scoped to that sandbox, and rotated or destroyed on teardown. We may reclaim idle sandboxes, cap concurrent sandboxes per user, and reset the test environment at any time without notice.
Where we provide downloadable client software, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use it for its intended purpose — connecting to and managing Cloud iNIT sandboxes and deployments. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the client without our written permission. This license ends automatically if you violate these terms.
The Cloud iNIT name, logo, boot-sequence documentation, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. Open API code published on GitHub is licensed under the terms stated in that repository, which take precedence over this section for that code. You retain ownership of anything you build using the sandbox or API.
The site links to third-party destinations including GitHub, our test sandbox subdomain, and social profiles. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
We publish uptime and incident history on our status page in good faith. Figures shown there (including any stated SLA percentage) are informational targets for the free and test tiers, not a contractual guarantee, unless you have a separate signed agreement with us stating otherwise. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as available" basis as described in the Disclaimer section below.
The test sandbox, documentation, and current API access are provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation details will be posted at the time of launch, and our Refund Policy will govern eligibility for refunds on any paid plan.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the sandbox, API, or downloads if you violate these terms, misuse shared resources, or if we discontinue the service or a feature of it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that the boot sequence will be free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud iNIT and its maintainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud iNIT and its maintainers from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
