How refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes work for any current or future paid Cloud iNIT plan.
We want you to trust that if you ever pay for Cloud iNIT, the terms for getting your money back are as predictable as the boot sequence itself. This page explains what's refundable, what isn't, and how to ask.
Access to test.cloudinit.online, the documentation, the boot-stage walkthrough, and the current open API is provided at no cost. Because nothing is charged for these, no refund applies to them — there's simply nothing to refund.
If we introduce a paid tier — for example, extended sandbox limits, production support, or dedicated capacity — the specific pricing, billing cycle, and any plan-specific refund terms will be shown at checkout and take precedence over the general rule below where they're more specific.
For any paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge, provided the plan hasn't been used beyond reasonable evaluation (for example, running the sandbox a handful of times to test the boot sequence is fine; consuming the full monthly compute allocation is not). After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise for a given plan.
Renewal charges after the first billing cycle are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see Cancellations below.
Email cloudgcp08@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request," the email address used on your account, and the approximate date of charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days and, once approved, process refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you're still inside the 14-day eligibility window described above. You'll keep access to paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — most billing issues are resolved faster by email than through a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of sandbox and API access while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this policy as pricing and plans evolve. Any change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email where we have one on file.
